      I'd probably bet slightly less on the flop, I don't think it changes much on his check/calling range anyway. Either he'll believe you or he won't, and if he doesn't you lose less money.

      On the river since he's unknown and he call/called preflop in the SB he's obviously bad in some way, I'd probably try and go for some small value-raise against whatever KJ/two pairs hands he can show up with. I don't mind just calling all that much, since he's bad enough to show up with AK/all sets and it's rush poker so ranges are overall tighter.
