      Well you don't have to jam the turn. You're only targeting stuff like J9-A9 and the occasional JJ+, which make up a relatively small range compared to all the random two pairs/straights this guy could have after limp/calling preflop and that he's never ever going to fold with just a potsized bet left. You can check behind the turn and try to check it down, fold to a river jam.

      Just trust your guts, if you feel awful shoving the turn it's usually because you know deep down there isn't much value in it, so you should be able to find the strength to give the hand up if necessary.
