      Villain: 97/27/2.1/44.4 3-bet% over 71h sample. Fish.

The guy was just limp/minraising almost every hand that he limped. His play was something most maniac-style i have seen for my humble 35k hands long poker career. Still, i was thinking about giving up on the turn, but still figured that he could call us with all kinds of draws, 2-pair etc.

raise bigger on the flop to 6.5$. Then you´re pot committed any turn card and don´t have to worry about c/f turn
As played: turn shove seems fine and he can call you down with worse hands, so I wouldn´t also c/f turn
