River shove seems very wierd , almost as if telling me pls do not call.

what could he have in the river ? should i make that call ?

a few hands later i stacked him and realised he pushes quite light

1st hand fold is fine cause its different scenario IMO , he is polarized there probably and IMO he has more flushes than random bluffs

I would prefer betting flop to keep initiative and also you have two overcards+backdoor flushdraw and if you miss you can´t really call big turn bet
I would likely fold river. It is sometimes bluff but also very often flush for value
Second hand. since it is 3-bet pot and he has flop pair+gutshot he just decided to put pressure on Tx, Qx hand and shove there seems sense. So i don´t think he is just pure bluffing without any reason
