Flop: After I checked with equilator I am slighly behind. But I also have some fol equity, so I can bet I think.

Turn: I am behind him now if he calls flop with something like this:
      66, ATs, K3s+, Q6s, J8s+, T9s, AQo-ATo, K5o+, QTo+, JTo
      so I don't bet.

bet is fine on the flop, but I won´t really make it potsize
i think 0.08$ is also fine amount and once you get called you can bet again half potsize and if river is blank you can either c/c or c/f
If you make it potsize bet you´re building big pot with very marginal hand and if you can´t even c/c half potsize bet on the turn then better not to do that
Against 38/5 I´d likely c/c his turn bet and then c/f river
