villain is 20/14/2, 975 hands, raise cb 24%.
do we have enough equity to call on the flop? any arguments in favour of 3betting our pair+g/shot?

I would say villain is most likely capable of raising any  draw, any Ax, most Kx, and other pair+draw combos. My sb steal is approximately 35% and I think villain would assume I cbet this flop with almost my entire range.

fold is likely a little better but with gutshot+ pair I think call is also fine
He has there very often Ax hand to see where he is at and he may give you free showdown on the turn and river
