Final couple of hands for the evening. Posting hands is helping my mental state! Couple of similar hands below - I seem to lose a fair few hands in this way, should the default be to barrel the turn?

Villlan is 34/18 AF: 2. My plan is to barrel any A, K or spade but otherwise to give up. I don't think this Villan folds much on the turn:

      $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Holdem
      PartyPoker
      5 Players
      Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

      Stacks:
      Hero ($10.39)
      CO ($11.50)
      BTN ($3.88)
      SB ($14.80)
      BB ($12.32)

      Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 5 players) Hero is UTG Q:heart: A:diamond:
Hero raises to $0.30, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.30, 2 folds

      Flop: 10:diamond: 5:spade: 2:spade: ($0.75, 2 players)
Hero bets $0.55, BTN calls $0.55

      Turn: 8:diamond: ($1.85, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.15, Hero folds

      Final Pot: $3

      BTN wins $2.91 (net +$0.91)

      Hero lost $0.85

Pretty similar hand but Villan is 27/15, AF 3.5, 3-bet 6.7 after 103 hands. This looked a good board to c-bet with one high and two low cards but I didn't really have any cards I can barrel on the turn. I'm a bit confused about how to play this type of hand in these spots:

      $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Holdem
      PartyPoker
      6 Players
      Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

      Stacks:
      Hero ($10.88)
      UTG+1 ($9.05)
      CO ($18.21)
      BTN ($14.93)
      SB ($11.58)
      BB ($15.05)

      Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 6 players) Hero is UTG A:heart: J:diamond:
Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.30, 2 folds

      Flop: K:spade: 5:diamond: 9:club: ($0.75, 2 players)
Hero bets $0.50, BTN calls $0.50

      Turn: 6:diamond: ($1.75, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.25, Hero folds

      Final Pot: $3

      BTN wins $2.92 (net +$0.87)

      Hero lost $0.80

      Hero lost $0.85

      Thanks!
      Jon

      1) against shortstack you can´t really do anything. he sometimes have there draws, but very often one pair hands that he isn´t really folding, so c/f turn is fine
      2) I think he has there very often Kx, sometimes QJ/QT, 9x. but without any equity and likely that you have to fire 3 barrels to make him fold weak Kx hands and also board can run out quite bad for him making him two pair I think c/f turn is fine play. if you afraid you get floated a little too much you can sometimes barrel blank turn cards
