      Hero (CO): $20.00
      BTN: $21.19
      SB: $36.47
      BB: $20.30 25/20/2.6 on 816h sample.
      UTG: $7.00

Pre Flop: ($0.30) Hero is CO with Q :diamond: Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.70, 2 folds, BB calls $0.50

      Flop: ($1.50) 8  3 :diamond: 3 :spade: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.75, BB calls $0.75

      Turn: ($3.00) 8 :diamond: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.00, BB raises to $5, Hero calls $3

      River: ($13.00) 2 :club: (2 players)
BB bets $8.00, Hero calls $8

On the flop i was yet a bit doubting that i'm ahead. When the turn comes and he check/raises me, i just don't see any hand at all that could be playing like this. I made the river call in the last second, just because i still couldn't thought out any single hand that he could be holding and that beats me. Only hands could be 99+ and i don't see this player trying to disguise his QQ+ hands pre. Are there any rivers on which i could give this up?

This could be a WA/WB situation.

On the flop, u cbet to protect against A or K showing up on the turn. AA or KK is unlikely to raise you because it would only drive out weaker hands, better hands won't fold.

Turn card is either dangerous, or a blank ie. WA/WB.
I would check to keep the pot small, then call the river to catch bluffs.
If however the river bet is PSB or bigger, it could mean the opponent had a monster and meant to CR turn, and and the river he is trying to extract max value.

once you bet turn you have to call him down, but you always can take safer way and just check back turn and call his river bet or if he checks then bet yourself
If he isn´t going to bluff I think he won´t call you down anyway 3 streets that often
