      BTN: $33.63 21/17/3.3 on 439h sample.
      Hero (SB): $20.69
      BB: $21.53 77/16/1.5 on 31h sample.
      CO: $35.88

Pre Flop: ($0.30) Hero is SB with K  9
1 fold, BTN raises to $0.60, Hero raises to $1.80, BB calls $1.60, BTN calls $1.20

      Flop: ($5.40) 4  J  T :diamond: (3 players)
Hero bets $3.60, BB raises to $7.20, BTN folds, Hero folds

Shoving over the top here would be an overplay IMO. I was interesed, could we call his minraise? Because afterwards we're both commited anyways, so i guess if i want to stay in this hand, then i can just ship it in here. Or am i wrong?

If you 3-bet K9s pf you have to shove on that flop
With overcard, gutshot and flushdraw you´re ahead one pair hands and pot is really too big to fold as strong hand as yours
Also against 77/16 you may be way ahead since he may sometimes bluff there and would fold to shove or min-raise himself with lower flushdraws that you´re crushing
