      Just end your session if you catch yourself playing bad, no use dragging it along and losing the profits from your other hardworking days. Sometimes we're just not in the mood.

      As for the hand, just fold the flop. Even if you're right and you're currently ahead, you're 2-outing and your hand cannot take any heat. Plus it's very unlikely he just pot/folds after leading out on that flop, often he has Ax or a draw that he's never folding, and even when he only has stuff like 87/T9 it "looks connected" meaning you can envision possible backdoor draws, people have a hard time letting go of that as well.
