      Without reads, jam the flop. He could be overplaying Tx which you need to stack before the board gets uglier, he could have stuff like QJ/KJ/KQ/87 just spazzing out but with a lot of equity that you need to stack before they whiff or they improve to beat you and he's likely not folding them.

      If somehow you know he's pretty tight/passive and you read his check/minraise as extreme strength, fold the flop. Overpairs suck against guys who don't get excited with less than two pairs.
