      Because he doesn't have a full stack I'd just peg him as a fish and bet bigger overall no matter how dry the board looks. He's never folding Tx even if we pot it all the way and if he doesn't want to fold stuff like A-high/66 chances are the bet sizing won't matter either.

      As played I'd raise the river. I must admit I don't see that many players donk the river with Tx but it's so unlikely he has something else on that board that I don't want to risk just calling and losing value against Tx. I'd repop him to like $1.2 since if he has Tx he's kinda blockbetting, thus we don't want to give him too much of a reason to find a fold. If he 3bets my raise I'm probably folding, it takes a really special villain to bet/3bet the river with stuff that KK beats.
