      Woulden't bet the turn because he's loose.
      Perhaps a check on the river he has 7 AGF, and not many of his hands will call on a 4 to a straight board if he has any sense.

      easy check/call river.If he shoves river you have to fold because he will show always up with a flush or the nut straight.Also when you bet river you don't give him any chance to bluff you or to call worse so you are either splitting or he is taking it away.Since he can be bluffing alot this spot you have to call and probably face a suck out very often (this doesn't make sense because i was speaking he is bluffing alot :D and now he is having only stronger hand but i hope you got my mind).

      I would likely played the same way
      You can consider c/c turn hand that has showdown value, but I think betting is also fine
      I would also b/c river, hard to see him having there flush and he can easily shove himself for missed draws, 8x or maybe even two pair
