      Flop call is ok, there are 2 players still to act behind u, u hope to draw them in.
      I would call the turn too. A turn raise will scare away many hands, even 9-10s will fold; 88 is highly unlikely to lead the flop.
      The way it is played, I think the opponent was semibluffing a dry board with overcards?

      call flop is fine.
      I'd throw in a minr on turn. This line you can take in position with whatever, cheap FD, free showdown, bluffs, nuts, TP-type of hands....

      I would also likely min-raise river.
      Don´t expect players to 3-barrel bluff there and if has there JT I think he can´t really fold to min-raise so you gain more if he has draws or maybe he just doesn´t really like to b/f TT to your turn min-raise
