Too much aggression on a very dangerous board. Should aim for a cheap showdown.
Flop bet is ok, turn card is bad news. What would u do if opp checkraises? So I would check behind, then call a river bet

Against that villain, check behind turn, c/c or maybe even c/f to that ugly river is better.
As played: bet/f turn, but then it's a MUST chb river, because there aren't virually any hands which are worse and call a river bet. B/CALL is pure spew, maybe b/FOLD but that would turn your hand into a bluff.

      What did he have?

I think it is quite easy check behind on the turn, since likely J or T high flush won´t call you down with 3 streets especially 16/11 player.
b/c small c7r on the river is fine, although you should be beat most of the times
