UTG checks, Hero bets $4.50, UTG calls $4.50

      TURN ($15.75) 9:club: J:diamond: 5:diamond: A:diamond:

      UTG bets $15.75

He is 42/8 (124 hand) so it changes my decisions a lot.

Raise 6x because he is really loose and call a lot of crap. So good value spot.

Value value value. He might call with a ton here. 9x, Jx even 5x and draws.

And here where the fun starts. Easy fold? Here he is very polarized. Either he might show with an unbelievable hand (as the facts shows) or nuts. So what to do? I can put him on flush, on strange Ax, AJ or A9. Or just K :diamond: x, QT.

Without reads i would fold. We got 2nd pair and fish shows willingness to play for stacks. Well ok we have a draw to the 2nd nuts but its not enough and a clear fold for me.

42/8 it usually means flush, but since you have flushdraw to second nuts I´d likely call once, since he may also be bluffing on scare card. just then problem is if he is going to check river or going to shove also his bluffs.
If you don´t think you can get enough free showdowns I think fold might be better, since he is likely not bluffing enough times to call him down profitable
