Flop raise is fine but you have to realize something: this board hits a LOT of hands one way or another, meaning he's not too often minbet/folding. That's not a huge problem, since we beat all the draws and we have like 10 outs against stuff like Tx / 7 outs against Qx. But you should expect to get called a good amount.

The turn card didn't change anything, so what applied on the flop is still good for the turn, except your chances of improving decreased by half. Hence you won't draw out on Qx/Tx that often anymore, meaning valuebetting against all draws became thinner. Hard to say whether it's worth throwing one in or if you should just check it back on a purely ev standpoint, but as far as playability is concerned you usually avoid most gross spots by just checking it back.

As played it's not as easy as it looks since most people wouldn't bet Tx there and since he looks passive he might not even bet Qx, so you're looking at a range of like some Qx / some monsters / busted KJ or 97 type hands. Busted hands actually make up a lot of combos compared to the rest in general, so chances are wen you're getting almost 4:1 you should look him up there with AJ-high if there is any chance he's bluffing busted draws.

      Hope it helps.
