Can I call this hand agaisnt many opoonents preflop? After SB minraise these will not fold so I will be agaisnt 3 oponents most likely on flop. Of course I will be in very big trouble if someone has Ax of spades, but it is unlikely.

Nope it's not good to call K2s. Most often you will have bottom pair or top pair no kicker - bad hands and even your flush is not to the nuts.

I would likely call pf with K2s.
You get very good odds, very likely everyone else are also calling and you can sometimes hit tp to continue your hand or hit sometimes flushdraws or trips and stack their aces.
Just you have to realize that your hand isn´t really very strong, so if you don´t flop very good hand and face a lot of action, you very often just have to c/f tp hand
