      Hello there,

just click on Settings/HUD Settings and you'll see the current HUD setup.
The default stats visible in the HUD of the Expert mode are:

      On top (Preflop):
VPIP Average / Fold BB to Steal / Open Raise Late Pos / Raise PreFlop

      Bottom (Postflop):
Aggression Factor Average / Won Dollar At Showdown / Went To Showdown / Handcount
Conti Bet Flop / Fold To Conti Bet at Flop / Conti Bet Turn / Fold To Conti Bet at Turn

But if you are new to the Elephant I suggest to set the HUD to Beginner mode.

      Cheers,
      L

Are the numbers percentages or number of times they've done those things? What do the colours mean?

For example what would these numbers mean?

      76 (green) - (white) 50 (white) 27 (green)

      2.3 (yellow) 22 (white) 33 (red) 42 (white)
      100 (white) 100 (white) 0 (white) - (white)

You can check the beginners analysis page for this informations.

Also, for playing with stats I highly recommend reading the corresponding PokerStrategy articles here:

      100 (white) 100 (white) 0 (white) - (white)
76 green - he plays 76% of his hands
      - (white) - means you dont have info on that stat yet, but when you have number there - % of him folding on raise while on BigBlind
50 (white) - he raises 50% of his raises from any position on the table
27 (green) - he raises 27% of his hands in late position

2.3 (yellow) - his agression factor (still havent figured the numbers behind that one)
22 (white) - he wins on showdown 22%
33 (red) - he goes to showdown once in hand 33% of the time
42 (BLUE?) - number of hands that other statistics are based
      100 (white) 100 (white) 0 (white) - (white) - continuation bet(c-bet)/fold to C-bet/c-bet on turn/fold to c-bet on turn

colors are there to help you know the range without reading exact number. higher the number greener it gets.
