Normally we would be pretty worried to see this board when we cb and get called, since we are pretty worried about QQ/JJ in 3b pot this deep. maybe we should bet a little more on the flop?

On the other hand villain's stats look (initially) pretty fishy.

when we go in to chk/c mode on turn it is pretty ugly to face pot size bet. Again, I think if we call here we have to have intention to call on the River.
I think once River pairs, we actually have a much easier call since we are now really only worried about JJ (AQ is possible, ofc, but I think he is more likely to ch/b turn with that hand).

      Any other thoughts?

      Vs a 40/0 I'd just bet/fold the turn.

Btw : If you are saying you're not folding any river once you've called the turn then I would just check/shove turn once he pots.

I would c/rai on the turn. I think you shoudl be ahead there often enough to play for stacks and there can be some ugly rivers which improves his hand or makes your river call quite hard, like Td, Kd
Also if he pots I think he is usually just not pure bluffing so very likely he is b7c there or if he folds hand that has equity then you also don´t mind
