      Clearly we have to bet. When he raises, no idea really. Given his stack he's probably fishy enough to have slowplayed a bit of everything until the river, really it's unlikely he's bluffing there, if he was aggressive enough to do that he would have bet flop/turn when checked to earlier. So either you think his idea of hand values is skewed enough that he'd make a big raise with another Qx there, in which case it's a call, or you don't and it's a clear fold. I'd fold as a default in that spot.
