You're multiway and even if BB capable of semibluffing then you're going to have really fml decisions on later streets. + Your equity vs their combined ranges is often going to be very poor since often BU won't fold his draw that he often has and coupled with the fact that imo BB often has Tx you're only going to like the turns where you spike a Q and you're pretty much going to have to fold on any other turns where action occurs so just fold the flop.
This, unless BB is just really aggressive overall, in which case you can consider just jamming over against all random draws. It takes a rather solid read on BB tho, because of just how often people are playing Tx hands.
