      Howdy,

14/8 guys usually are not the ones barreling blindly with air, 3bet air, 4bet shove 98s and so on, just because they are player that have some clue about ranges and stuff.

I would fold pre. You have to call 0.28$ after his 3bet, but that is against Call20 rule, in fact it is not even close to it, so I wouldn't count on other players calling behind and being sandwiched can make your life hard. It is tempting to call and catch his monster, but just wait for moments that will show profit in a long run.
Just look at his range. If he raises 8% of his hands, lets assume he 3bets 3% of them and you have just 23% equity against that. Other thing is he 3bets against bunch of people being OOP against UTG raise - that's one more sign of a strength. So basically you hand has setmining value and you don't have odds to setmine now.
Postflop as played you are going to be behind a lot, so I wouldn't count on possibility that he is going to play for stacks with random AK and just dump 99 here.

Pre is fine, but I would still cbet flop, because I think we can't just c/c nicely here. They will bet Ax/9x anyway, but may check flushes, worse pairs, random Kx/Qx/Jx combos back to you, so I think it is better to bet out and see what happens.
I would c/f turn on such a card. FD completed and there is still good chance he is having better pair and he is not going to stop.
River is a fold for me. If he had flush, he has better flush by now anyway and if he had some random pair I doubt he is betting it on this board.
After such a result you can take note that he is capable of betting flushdraws and notice his bet sizing.

      Good luck!
