Pre-flop it looks like isolation with fish. Should i 3bet that with KQo on BU? His pre-flop range has many non-A hands so i just flat call on the flop. Imo on the turn he would bet with Ax to protect against flush draws so i just check back to include bluff on the river (missed flush draw from the flop). Is this line good?

I think call is fine, although you can also 3-bet KQ for value. You likely don´t get 4-bet bluffed there too often
About floating: I think also fine line is to raise flop. He is more likely going to b/f his QQ or 88 than bet flop and then c/f turn
Mostly people doesn´t raise with AAx boards so I think he gives you strong range than usually.
Since you hit your Kx I´d bet for value. A lot of Ax hands would barrel there and there are two flushdraws on the board, so he can easily c/c once with QQ/JJ
Calling river is fine, although I think he mostly isn´t betting there with bluffs
