Pre-flop just call because his openning range from UTG has many Ax and Kx hands so i can get more value from if i hit. By the 3bet i think that i just isolate with better hands. But i am getting good odds to next players...
Should i raise the flop? If he would have something like AJ, AQ he will propably call/go all in.
On the turn it's sick but i think, that if he would have AQ he will bet smaller.

30/19 should raise/call pf or maybe even 4-bet with worse hands, so I think 3-bet with Ak is quite good most of the times.
If you don´t 3-bet even with Ak then you shouldn´t really 3-bet with KK/AA, since your hand looks then too face up.
I would raise flop, since board is drawy and he can easily shove with draws or worse Ax hands.
Calling turn shove is fine, although mostly it is bet to protect his hand not for bluff.
