      Preflop is a your call really. Usually QTo is a fold against 3bet, but if opp is spazy monkey min3better you can't be totally wrong taking a shot IP with 100BB+ stacks.

      As played you need to have 0,2$/0,74$=27% equity and you have 16% equity to turn with SD. He seems aggro, so I assume he is going to bet a lot of turns and we can't give us big possibility we will see river card for free and that kinda leaves us with hope that he is going to continue betting even if we hit so we can give us enough implied odds. But our preflop call was based on fact that he is spazzy monkey so we can't chance too hit one of our 8 clean outs and pull out bet or call from him on river.
