Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      CO:
      $7.16
      BU:
      $12.87
      SB (Hero):
      $10.10
      BB:
      $13.37
      MP2:
      $10.60
      MP3:
      $13.80

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, J.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.35, BU calls $0.35, Hero calls $0.30, BB folds.

      Flop: ($1.15) 4, 7, 4 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.60, CO folds, BU calls $0.60.

      Turn: ($2.35) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.15, BU calls $1.15.

      River: ($4.65) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.00, BU calls $3.00.

      Final Pot: $10.65.

      Results follow:

BU shows two pairs, sevens and fours(Ac 7c).
Hero shows a pair of fours(Ks Js).

BU wins with two pairs, sevens and fours(Ac 7c).

I'd usually donk here with trips and OESD - so turn brings in the SD, I 2nd barrel, still get a call, so should shut down on the river I guess since it's unlikely that he's on a FD since I myself am and he obviously isn't gonna fold whatever he was calling with there?

      yeah, I´d c/f river
he would mostly call you down once he called turn and you basically want to fold out his A high flushdraws or floats
That is just too small part compared that he mostly has there showdown hand
