Hero bets $0.20, BB calls $0.20.

      River: ($2.3) A (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.00, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

I think he could have had like JT and turn it into a bluff, so i almost called him here. I was getting more than 3:1 so i guess i could have called here...

      Howdy,

Calling his turn raise depends on probability he does that with not only Qx, but with two pairs as against a range of straights/two pair you have enough equity (still it's a close call). If he is more like aggro guy I think you can call it, but generally I don't see anything bad in folding either.

On the river in fact you improved if he raised two pair on turn - you have to call it then given your odds.

      Good luck!
