      Same guy as last hand he seems to be a calling station so I thought putting him all in on the river would work, but it didn’t.

      I'd bet flop & turn closer to the pot. He is loosish so he has many, many worse hands he is going to call with.

      On the river I'd like c/shove, because you give him chance to bluff missed draws, he is going to bet Tx anyway, he may have rivered Jx while chasing draw and he sees that a great chance to bet out when you check and overall I doubt he can call one more bet with random low pp, so I don't see reason to overbet as he just doesn't have many hands he could call with. If you don't believe he is not going to bet out himself, you can bet 3/4 pot again.
