      Usually I float the c-bet with AQ-high when in doubt, it looks really weak and this board shouldn't hit villain much in general.

      At higher stakes you can actually get crazy on 4/5/6/7 cards and get villain to strongly consider dumping TT+, but from my attempts in microstakes, people just snap check/call down stuff like AA because it's AA without realizing it's just a bluff-catcher. So just wait to see if he gives up on the turn or if you hit top pair, and decide whether you want to turn AQ-high into a bluff to make him fold AK or just try to check it down.
