      17/16 isn´t really the tightest player in the world, so if you really don´t want to play stacks pf, then call pf and deciding on the is also fine option.
      I would generally just shove pf, since I think his 3-bet range is wider than QQ+/AK, so you can 4-bet there imo profitable to 0.6$ and then call shove.
      But calling pf and playing postflop is also fine.
