Le 6 avril dernier la loi relative à la régulation et à l’ouverture à la concurrence du secteur des jeux d’argent et de hasard en ligne a été adoptée. Elle prévoit que l'ouverture du marché français est strictement réservée aux opérateurs disposant d'un agrément délivré par l'Autorité de régulation des jeux en ligne (ARJEL) dans les conditions prévues par la loi. Ainsi tout opérateur agréé par l'ARJEL doit mettre en place un site dédié, exclusivement accessible par un nom de domaine de premier niveau comportant la terminaison \".fr\"<\/em>. De fait les joueurs dont l'adresse IP est répertoriée (géo-localisée) en France joueront entre eux. De plus ladite loi prévoit la création d'outils pour chaque compte permettant de retracer les mises et les gains liés aux jeux et paris, les mouvements financiers qui leurs sont attachés, ainsi que le solde des avoirs du joueur auprès de l’opérateur.<\/p>

Vous commencerez avec un total de 2 StrategyPoints sur la room en \".fr\"<\/em>, le total des points restants sera ensuite transféré d'une room à l'autre. Pour le Parrainage vous conserverez vos filleuls, RAS.<\/p>

La suite des évènements<\/h2>

Cette situation engendrera une différence entre les résidents français et les autres membres de la communauté francophone. Certaines promotions ne seront ainsi destinées qu'à l'une ou l'autre partie de la communauté en raison de cette nouvelle situation.
