Apr&egrave;s de nombreuses tentatives de rachat avort&eacute;es (la principale provenant du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/fr\/news\/world-of-poker\/58969\">Groupe Bernard Tapie<\/a>), PokerStars s'est ainsi positionn&eacute; en sauveur.<\/p><p>PokerStars s'est engag&eacute; &agrave; reverser 547 millions de dollars au Minist&egrave;re de la Justice et &agrave; rembourser en int&eacute;gralit&eacute; les fonds des joueurs non-am&eacute;ricains, &agrave; savoir 184 millions de dollars. Cet accord est beaucoup plus avantageux pour les joueurs que les conditions de reprise propos&eacute;es par le Groupe Bernard Tapie. C'est donc un grand soulagement et une surprise de taille pour tous les joueurs touch&eacute;s par cette affaire.<\/p><p>Et maintenant, que va-t-il se passer ? PokerStars a d&eacute;clar&eacute; que la marque Full Tilt Poker resterait ind&eacute;pendante et serait relanc&eacute;e dans certaines juridictions. Nous ne savons pas &agrave; l'heure actuelle si PokerStars et Full Tilt Poker partageront leurs liquidit&eacute;s &agrave; l'avenir, mais PokerStars a indiqu&eacute; que le logiciel de Full Tilt Poker serait conserv&eacute;.<\/p><p>Une fois le processus de rachat termin&eacute; et la plateforme Full Tilt op&eacute;rationnelle, PokerStars (plus grosse room de poker au monde avec pr&egrave;s de 60% de part de march&eacute;) augmentera consid&eacute;rablement son avance par rapport &agrave; ses principaux concurrents. La plupart des rooms de poker sont en proie &agrave; de s&eacute;v&egrave;res difficult&eacute;s &agrave; l'heure actuelle, et il n'est pas impossible que PokerStars\/Full Tilt Poker d&eacute;tiennent plus de 75% de part de march&eacute; d'ici &agrave; la fin de l'ann&eacute;e 2013.<\/p><p>Pour beaucoup de personnes, cette domination est &agrave; craindre.
