\"\"<\/a>Lorsque 14 jeunes allemands d'une vingtaine d'années se font conseiller par un sommelier dans un des grands restaurants hambourgeois, il ne peut s'agir que d'une soirée organisée pour les Black member PokerStrategy, et un high roller comme Schibl0r ou nos chefs du contenu Sammy et Wishmaster, qui avouent préférer la bière, en temps normal, n'ont pas rechigné à goûter une bonne dizaine de vins différents. <\/p>

\nLe samedi après midi, l'élite de PokerStrategy a débarqué à Hambourg, et posé ses valises dans le Baseler Hof, hotel luxueux s'il en est, même si, à part le petit déjeuner, nos Black Member n'en ont pas vu grand chose. Il faut bien dire que la fête en leur honneur les a menés bien loin dans la nuit. Mais n'anticipons pas ...<\/p>

\"\"Tout d'abord, les membres qui n'avaient pas assisté à la première édition<\/a> de la Black Member Party sont allés se faire prendre leurs mesures pour recevoir eux aussi le traditionnel costume noir.<\/p>

\nLes féstivités ont réellement débuté à 18 heures, avec un dîner dans le restaurant Tarantella, suivi d'une fête dans le casino Spielbank. <\/p>

\nLe Menu : Tout a débuté avec un Champagne Lansion Black Label brut et un Billecart Salmon Rosé. S'ensuivit un bœuf tartare, Caviar Tobikko, Jambon Pata Negra et de la soupe de hommard canadien. Durant tout le repas, le sommelier nous a gratifié d'excellents vins adaptés à chaque plat, ne manquant pas au passage de nous en apprendre un peu plus sur les différents vins. Du Thon \"saignant\" avec sauce soja et croûte de Panko, jusqu'à la crème brûlée avec compote de kumquat en dessert, chaque plat fût succulent, comme nous l'a confirmé Maik \"Wishmaster\" Girke : \"C'était vraiment un dîner de rêve. Le thon à peine cuit était délicieux, de même que le plat principal : du filet de boeuf entier, à la sauce au vin rouge avec des pommes de terre brasserie.\"<\/p>

\n\"\"Après un excellent Cognac, la troupe, rassasiée et comblée, s'est mis en route vers la fête, à l'étage au dessus, où le casino Spielbank fêtait par la même occasion son premier anniversaire. Les membres PokerStrategy ont eu droit à leur carré VIP, où Champagne et Vodka coûlaient à flot. Malheureusement, la fête dans son ensemble n'a pas attiré les foules, ce qui a poussé la troupe à aller se retrouver sur l'incontournable \"Reeperbahn\", dans le China Lounge, où, là aussi, nos black members bénéficièrent du traitement de faveur de rigueur. L'ambiance y était excellente, et nos highrollers ont enfin fini par se risquer sur la piste de danse.
\n<\/a><\/p>

\"\"<\/a>A six heures, toute l'équipe, à laquelle étaient venus se greffer quelques uns des éminents employés PokerStrategy, a quitté le China Lounge, mais la fête n'était pas finie pour autant. La tradition veut qu'une bonne soirée sur la Reeperbahn échoue le dimanche matin sur le \"fischmarkt\" (marché au poisson), et cette soirée ne fît pas exception. C'est à 7 heures 30 que les fêtards se sont enfin dispersés, après 14 heures de festivités, se réjouissant déjà en pensant à la prochaine édition de la Black Member Party !<\/p>
