Il s'agit d'une vid&eacute;o Heads-Up NL100 et NL200.<\/p><p>La vid&eacute;o peut d'ores et d&eacute;j&agrave; &ecirc;tre t&eacute;l&eacute;charg&eacute;e. Lors du coaching, tous les partcipants seront invit&eacute;s &agrave; lancer la vid&eacute;o en m&ecirc;me temps que Sebra, qui la commentera alors en direct.<\/p><p>Autre avantage par rapport &agrave; une revue de session enregistr&eacute;e, vous pourrez poser toutes vos questions en direct !
