On peut poster une vid&eacute;o, une musique, une image, un texte... Pas de limite au support. On peut aussi accompagner son post d'une explication sur le pourquoi de ce choix. A la fin du mois un sondage des pokerstrat&egrave;ges permettra d'&eacute;lire celui qui sera pour le mois prochain : Motivation MAN ou Motivation GIRL.<\/p><p>Et le titre sera remis en jeu chaque mois.<\/p><p>Soyez bon !
