Stats and notes help you keep track of your opponents play and use this knowledge to your advantage. It's a great idea to keep note of how often a guy folds to a continuation bet or look at the stats of how frequently player re-raises a button bet out of the big blind. Check out the stats, make the optimal play, take note, exploit them and build your roll.<\/p>

How do stats help my game?<\/h3>

•<\/strong> Gives you a good idea in advance what villain is most likely to do so you can adjust your own actions
•<\/strong> Really helps multitabling because you have access to everyones behaviour at first glance<\/p>

Why do I need notes as well?<\/h3>

Stats can be misleading if you do not pay attention to your game and your opponent's game. If you know your oponnent overbets the river 30% of a time - you still need to know if he's doing this with the nuts or with air - therefore you need notes to:<\/p>

•<\/strong> Pick up on your oponents general habits
•<\/strong> Realise when your opponent makes a certain action with a certain hand
•<\/strong> Helps you to use this information to determine the proper course of action<\/p>
