Ces menaces ont &eacute;t&eacute; annul&eacute;es et aucune mesure ne sera prise pour bloquer les sites de jeux d&rsquo;argent dans l&rsquo;Etat.<\/p>\n<p>Le retrait est du &agrave; l&rsquo;Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association (iMEGA), qui avait introduit un recours en justice contre la mesure de Willems juste apr&egrave;s que la liste des 200 sites ait &eacute;t&eacute; rendue publique. L&rsquo;iMEGA soutenait que le Minnesota n&rsquo;avait pas la comp&eacute;tence d&rsquo;agir dans ce domaine et qu&rsquo;une telle mesure &eacute;tait en contradiction avec la clause sur le commerce de la Constitution des Etats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>En r&eacute;ponse &agrave; la tentative du DAGED, l&rsquo;iMEGA a soulign&eacute; sa position dans une lettre aux ISP eux-m&ecirc;mes.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;<i>Parce que les op&eacute;rateurs de ces sites web ne sont pas vos clients, n&rsquo;ont pas de contrats avec vous et ne sont pas fournis par vous, vous devriez savoir que le d&eacute;partement de s&eacute;curit&eacute; publique du Minnesota tente de vous induire en erreur en vous faisant croire que vous &ecirc;tes li&eacute;s par une loi f&eacute;d&eacute;rale.<\/i>&rdquo;\n<\/p><\/div><div class=\"news_h2\">\n<span class=\"news_h2text\">Vers une solution pro-poker<br>\n<\/span>\n<\/div><div align=\"justify\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cdn-origin\/images\/law2.gif\" alt=\"Minnesota\" title=\"Minnesota\" vspace=\"10\" width=\"104\" align=\"left\" height=\"70\" hspace=\"10\">En arri&egrave;re-plan de la plainte, l&rsquo;iMEGA et le bureau du procureur g&eacute;n&eacute;ral du Minnesota ont entam&eacute; des discussions pour trouver une solution plus amicale et ouverte au poker, qui ont men&eacute;s aujourd&rsquo;hui m&ecirc;me &agrave; la d&eacute;claration d&rsquo;annulation de la demande de censure.\n<p>Dans une lettre aux ISP sign&eacute;e par Willems lui-m&ecirc;me, le changement d&rsquo;attitude du DAGED est explicite : &ldquo;Je pense qu&rsquo;il pourrait &ecirc;tre plus appropri&eacute; de r&eacute;soudre ce probl&egrave;me en travaillant &agrave; la cr&eacute;ation d&rsquo;une politique gouvernementale claire et efficace en ce qui concerne la r&eacute;gulation des jeux d&rsquo;argent.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;iMEGA a accept&eacute; en &eacute;change de retirer sa plainte en justice.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une excellente nouvelle pour les joueurs occasionnels de l&rsquo;Etat, mais l&rsquo;histoire n&rsquo;est pas finie. L&rsquo;Etat pourrait d&eacute;sormais d&eacute;cider de d&eacute;velopper sa propre r&eacute;gulation du jeu.
