Cette action est une conséquence du rapport publié par l’Australian Courier Mail en mai<\/a>, dans lequel il était signalé qu’Intabill était endetté de 30 millions de dollars vis-à-vis de rooms de poker comme PokerStars <\/a>et de Full Tilt Poker<\/a>.<\/p>

Kolyma, l’une des plus grandes compagnies qui faisait affaire avec Intabill, cherche à récupérer la totalité des 43 millions de dollars de dettes qui leur sont dus, majorés des intérêts, qui s’élèvent selon la société à 13.532$ par jour depuis la première introduction de la plainte, le 25 mai. <\/p>

Selon les derniers rapports de l’Australian Courier Mail, Intabill, BT Projects (une autre compagnie australienne), Tzvetkoff et son associé Sam Sciacca ont tous été cités comme accusés dans la plainte introduite peu après l’annonce faite en mai.<\/p>

Tzvetkoff et Sciacca sont nommés dans la plainte pour être censés avoir donner des garanties personnelles à Kolyma que la société recevrait l’argent qu’Intabill lui devait.<\/p>

Intabill fait face à de nombreux problèmes depuis le début de l’année. En avril de cette année, 96 de ses employés furent licenciés, laissant derrière eux un personnel composé d’une vingtaine de personne. Intabill a également mit fin à un contrat de sponsoring de plusieurs millions de dollars avec l’équipe de V8 Supercar, la Team IntaRacing. Tout ceci est à mettre en contraste avec les résultats d’Intabill, qui était censé récolté 1 million de dollars de commission par jour grâce à ses 5.000 clients dans 70 pays, et se faisait payer 150.000$, juste pour une seule société de jeu en ligne.<\/p>

C’est une disgrâce majeure pour Tzvetkoff et Sciacca, qui étaient dans la liste de l’Australian Sunday Mail des 100 personnes les plus riches de l’année dernière. Lors de cette bonne période, Tzetkoff conduisait une Lamborghini Gallardo noire et était également l’heureux propriétaire d’une Ferrari 599.<\/p>

L’entrepreneur de 25 ans avait également acheté l’une des propriétés les plus chères du Queensland, une propriété du front de mer de la Gold Coast, acquise pour 27 millions de dollars. Son partenaire de 38 ans, Sam Sciacca, était, par contre, resté plutôt discret.<\/p>
