\nPokerStars<\/font><\/a> a réalisé un véritable exploit. Avec 50,000 joueurs, son plus grand rival, Full Tilt Poker, voulait organiser le plus grand tournoi de poker online de l'histoire. Néanmoins, PokerStars voulait relever le défi et a proposé un tournoi pour plus de 65,000 le même jour. \n

Full Tilt Poker<\/font><\/a> n'a pas voulu ou n'a pas pu contre-attaquer. Et hier soir, il semblait évident que PokerStars serait capable de défendre son record. L'ancien record était de 35,000 joueurs et avait été établi en décembre 2008.<\/p>\n

Cette fois-ci, presque le double de joueurs se sont installés aux tables virtuelles de PokerStars. Le prochain record sera probablement l'occasion d'organiser un tournoi avec 100,000 joueurs. \n<\/p><\/div>

Il y a quelques jours, 60,000 joueurs participaient au freerolls de PokerStars. Beaucoup de joueurs ont posé des questions ou posté des commentaires sur le forum ou les pages de discussions à propos de ces \"tests\" sur le serveur. <\/p>

Vendredi, la réponse à cette énigme a été rendue publique. PokerStars avait décidé de défendre son titre du Guinness World Record du plus grand tournoi online avec buy-in en défiant Full Tilt Poker. Poker Stars invitait les joueurs à s'inscrire à un tournoi à 1 $, sans aucun autre frais de tournoi. PokerStars a même doublé le prize pool avec l'argent du site.

\nAvec 2,000 jetons comme stack de départ et des blinds augmentant toutes les 10 minutes, il a fallu attendre 10 heures pour voir l'Américain '004 license' remporter le tournoi et 13,000 $. Le meilleur joueur allemand a été 'mr.green7706', qui a terminé 18e et a empôché 500 $. 16,250 joueurs  au total ont le plaisir d'atteindre les places payées et ont gagné au minimum 2 $.<\/p>

Malgré le très grand tournoi organisé par son rival, Full Tilt a distribué le plus gros prize pool. Avec un buy-in de 5 $, le site a garanti un prize pool de 250,000 $ et a même doublé la somme. Ainsi, un total de 500,000 $ était distribué aux 7,500 meilleurs joueurs du tournoi, pour un minimum de 15 $ de gains.<\/p>

1,555 jetons étaient attribués au départ, pour des niveaux de blindes de 10 minutes. Après environ neuf heures de jeu, 'breo40' a gagné le tournoi, gagnant 45,000 $.<\/p>

'gustavincho2' s'est classé deuxième et a empôché 31,450 $.<\/p>
