Un tiers du field a quitté le tournoi pendant le Day 2 du Main Event du PokerStars<\/a> Asia Pacific Poker Tour Cebu. Parmi les 40 joueurs restants, l'ancien champion WPT Nam Le est l'homme à suivre. Le qualifié online allemand Till Umbach a été le malheureux bubble boy.<\/p>

Bien que quatre membres de la Team PokerStars avaient réussi à passer le Day 1, aucun d'entre eux n'est parvenu à atteindre les places payées. Raymond Wu, Celina Lin, Bryan Huang et Jonathan Lin ont tous été envoyés sur les rails. Le PokerStratège Justin \" Yoghi<\/font><\/a>\" Tazelaar a aussi été éliminé pendant le Day 2.<\/p>

Un grand nombre de joueurs mongoles avaient fait le déplacement jusqu'aux Philippines pour leur première participation à l'APPT. Parmi eux, Bold Uundai était celui qui avait le plus attiré l'attention puisqu'il avait terminé le Day 1 à la deuxième place. Ils sont néanmoins tous repartis les mains vides, puisqu'aucun d'entre eux n'est parvenu à atteindre les places payées.<\/p>

Comme prévu, Uundai a été le dernier a quitter le tournoi, après une grosse main jouée contre Rodney Kaka et Elton Tsang. Uundai a misé tout ce qui lui restait avec , Kaka a payé, mais Tsang, qui détenait , a lui aussi lancé son tapis. Kaka a réflechit quelques instants et a décidé de folder sa main, dévoilant .<\/p>

Lorsque le Deux est apparu sur le board , Uundai semblait très heureux avant de se rendre compte que Tsang avait touché un meilleur brelan. Kaka aurait lui aussi touché un brelan, grâce au  sorti sur le turn, mais il était tout de même heureux d'avoir réalisé un bon fold au bon moment. Le de la river n'a pas sauvé Uundai, qui devait alors quitter le tournoi.<\/p>
