Tous les participants s'acquittent d'un droit d'entr&eacute;e fixe et re&ccedil;oivent le m&ecirc;me nombre de jetons. Quiconque perd l'int&eacute;gralit&eacute; de ses jetons est &eacute;limin&eacute; du tournoi. Les 2 ou 3 derniers joueurs &agrave; &ecirc;tre &eacute;limin&eacute;s se partagent la cagnotte, constitu&eacute;e par la somme du droit d'entr&eacute;e de chacun des joueurs.<\/p>\n<p>Presque toutes les variantes de poker peuvent &ecirc;tre d&eacute;clin&eacute;es sous forme de tournoi. Toutefois, dans les paragraphes qui suivent, nous allons vous pr&eacute;senter la plus populaire d'entre elles : le Texas Hold'em.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h2_1\">Comment le Texas Hold'em fonctionne-t-il ?<\/h2>\n<p>La variante de poker Texas Hold&rsquo;em se joue avec un jeu de 52 cartes. Chaque joueur re&ccedil;oit deux cartes cach&eacute;es &agrave; la vue des autres joueurs. Lors des quatre tours d'ench&egrave;res, les joueurs misent des jetons en fonction de leurs cartes &ndash; ou bien ils les couchent et attendent le coup suivant.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid #cccccc; margin: 20px 0px 6px 12px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/2012\/12\/04\/blinds160.jpg\" alt=\"Two players post a blind bet\" width=\"160\" height=\"138\" align=\"right\"><\/p>\n<h3>Etape 1 : deux joueurs misent les blinds<\/h3>\n<p>Un joueur est toujours d&eacute;sign&eacute; comme le \"dealer\". Les deux joueurs &agrave; sa gauche sont tenus d'investir quelques jetons, que l'on appelle les \"blinds\":<\/p>\n<ul class=\"emoList2\">\n<li>Small blind : pay&eacute; par le joueur &agrave; la gauche imm&eacute;diate du \"dealer\"<\/li>\n<li>Big blind : deux fois le montant du small blind et pay&eacute; par le joueur &agrave; la gauche du small blind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Puisque le r&ocirc;le de \"dealer\" se d&eacute;place au joueur suivant &agrave; chaque nouveau coup, tous les joueurs sont amen&eacute;s &agrave; payer les blinds &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence &eacute;quivalente. La particularit&eacute; d'un tournoi est que les blinds augmentent avec le temps.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid #cccccc; margin: 20px 0px 6px 12px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/2012\/12\/04\/first-betting-round160.jpg\" alt=\"First betting round\" width=\"160\" height=\"138\" align=\"right\"><\/p>\n<h3>Etape 2 :&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Chaque joueur re&ccedil;oit deux cartes que lui seul peut voir. Le premier tour d'ench&egrave;re commence alors avec le joueur &agrave; la gauche du big blind et se d&eacute;roule dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre. Voici les actions possibles d'un tour d'ench&egrave;re :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"emoList2\">\n<li><b>Fold\/se coucher <\/b>: vous jetez vos cartes. Si tous les joueurs se couchent, alors c'est le dernier joueur ayant des cartes en main qui l'emporte.<\/li>\n<li><b>Bet\/miser :<\/b> si personne n'a mis&eacute; avant vous, vous pouvez investir le nombre de jetons de votre choix dans le pot. Apr&egrave;s quoi, les adversaires qui souhaitent continuer &agrave; jouer doivent au moins payer le montant de votre mise. Si vous misez tous vos jetons restants, on dit que vous &ecirc;tes all-in, ou tapis. Vous serez alors automatiquement compris dans la main jusqu'&agrave; l'abattage et ne pouvez plus &ecirc;tre forc&eacute; &agrave; vous coucher.<\/li>\n<li><b>Call\/suivre :&nbsp;<\/b>si un joueur vous pr&eacute;c&eacute;dant mise, alors suivre signifie que vous investissez le montant &eacute;quivalent &agrave; sa mise.<\/li>\n<li><b>Raise\/relancer : <\/b>Une relance signifie que vous investissez davantage de jetons apr&egrave;s une mise vous pr&eacute;c&eacute;dant. Votre adversaire devra alors au moins payer la diff&eacute;rence ou bien se coucher.<\/li>\n<li><b>Check\/parole : <\/b>si personne n'a mis&eacute; avant vous, alors vous pouvez checker. Cela signifie que vous ne placez aucune mise et que c'est au joueur suivant de parler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'action se d&eacute;roule de la droite vers la gauche. Il s'agit du flop. Tout le monde peut utiliser ces cartes pour constituer sa main de poker. C'est la raison pour laquelle on les appelle cartes communes. Le deuxi&egrave;me tour d'ench&egrave;res s'ensuit, selon le m&ecirc;me d&eacute;roulement que le premier, &agrave; ceci pr&egrave;s que c'est maintenant le joueur &agrave; la gauche du dealer (le small blind) qui parle en premier.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 4 : turn et troisi&egrave;me tour d'ench&egrave;res<\/h3>\n<p>Une autre carte commune, le turn, est d&eacute;voil&eacute;e et le troisi&egrave;me tour d'ench&egrave;res a lieu.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 5 : river et dernier tour d'ench&egrave;res<\/h3>\n<p>La cinqui&egrave;me et derni&egrave;re carte commune, appel&eacute;e river, est distribu&eacute;e. Apr&egrave;s quoi, le dernier tour d'ench&egrave;res a lieu.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape 6 : abattage<\/h3>\n<p>Lors de l'abattage, ou showdown, tous les joueurs encore en jeu d&eacute;voilent leurs cartes pour d&eacute;terminer qui a la meilleure main de poker et peut donc empocher le pot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h2_2\">Comment constituer une main de poker<\/h2>\n<p>Une main de poker est toujours compos&eacute;e d'exactement 5 cartes. Vous la construisez &agrave; partir des deux cartes priv&eacute;es qui vous ont &eacute;t&eacute; distribu&eacute;es et des cartes communes. Vous n'&ecirc;tes pas tenu d'utiliser vos deux cartes priv&eacute;es pour former votre main de poker. Vous pouvez utiliser quatre cartes communes, voire m&ecirc;me les cinq.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses combinaisons diff&eacute;rentes permettant de former une main de poker. Toutes les mains possibles se voient r&eacute;parties sur une &eacute;chelle de classification.
