Meghatározás<\/h2>

Az Andy Morton után elnevezett tétel kimondja, hogy a játékos elvárt értéke egy multiway-potban emelkedik, amikor egy ellenfél korrekt döntést hoz. David Sklansky Fundamental Theorem of Poker-e szerint ennek éppen az ellenkezője történne, vagyis hogy egy játékos elvárt értéke akkor emelkedik, ha az ellenfél hibázik.<\/p>

Magyarázat<\/h2>

\nHa egy játékos például a jelenlegi legjobb kész kézzel áll több olyan ellenféllel szemben, akik húzókat tartanak, akkor lehetséges, hogy magasabb elvárt értéket ér el, ha az egyik ellenfél korrekten dobja a húzóját, mint ha ez a játékos hibát követne el, tovább játszaná a kezet, és például együtt menne a nyitással. Az ellenséges húzók betalálásának valószínűségei interferálnak egymással.\n<\/p>

\nKb. 9, nagy vak<\/a> bankmérettől a „C\" játékos tehát már korrektül tudna megadni. Az ehhez tartozó kiindulási pot<\/a> x összege: x = p - 2 = 7, BB, mivel az ellenfelek mindkét, turn<\/a> után tett tétjét levontuk.<\/p>

Most már csak az van hátra, hogy megvizsgáljuk, milyen akciót látna szívesen az „A\" játékos a „C\" játékosnál. Ha a „C\" játékos dob, akkor az „A\" játékos az esetek 79, 5%ban nyer, egyébként pedig 69, 5%-ban nyer. A kérdés itt is újra az, hogy az „A\" játékosnak melyik potméret mellett jobb, ha „C\" dob, ahelyett hogy megad<\/a>.<\/p>

EV(„C\" dob) = 79, 5% * (x + 1 BB) + 20, 5% * (-1 BB)
\nEV(„C\" megad<\/a>) = 69, 5% * (x + 2 BB) + 30.95%*(-1 BB)
\nEV(„C\" dob) = EV(„C\" calls)\n<\/p>

Következésképpen az „A\" játékosnak már nem éri meg, ha a „C\" játékos egy körülbelül 4 BB-nél kisebb potméretnél a húzóját korrektül dobja. Ezt már az előbb kiszámítottak szerint legelőször egy x  7, 6os BB-nél tudná korrektül megadni. 4 BB-nél kisebb bank esetén az A játékos számára az érné meg továbbra is, ha „C\" benne marad a kézben. 4 BB és 7, BB értékek között van egy tartomány a kiinduló pot<\/a> számára a turnnél, amiben az „A\" játékos akkor maximálja az elvárt értékét, ha „C\" szintén korrektül játszik, és ő is maximálja az elvárt értékét.<\/p>
