Az emelés<\/a> az a cselekvés, amit a játékos tesz, hogy szembekerüljön egy másik játékos tétjével. Az emelés<\/a> azt jelenti, hogy egy nagyobb összeget tolunk be, mint amit az ellenfél tett meg. Az emelések száma és mérete körönként meghatározott is lehet, függően a házszabályoktól. Általában 3 vagy 4, ritkábban 5 emelés<\/a> megengedett tétkörönként. Azt az emelést ami egy korábbi emelést követ ráemelésnek nevezzük.<\/p>

Befejezett és befejezetlen emelések<\/h2>

Abban az esetben, ha egy játékos emel amivel all-in<\/a> kerül, pl. a teljes letéttel nyit<\/a> de nem marad elegendő pénze vagy zsetonja arra, hogy a minimális emelést végrehajtsa, akkor az emelését befejezetlen vagy rendhagyó emelésnek nevezzük. A házszabályoktól függően ezt a fajta emelést befejezetlen emelésnek is nevezik abban az esetben, ha az az összeg kevesebb, mint a minimum emelés<\/a> felének az összege.
\nEgy befejezetelen emelés<\/a> nem nyitja meg a téteket, pl. egy játékos aki már cselekedett a tétkörben nem emelhet ismét. A befejezetlen emelések esetében csak megadni vagy bedobni lehet. <\/p>

\n\"A\" játékos nyit<\/a> 4$-ral.\n<\/p>

\n\"B\" játékos megad<\/a>.\n<\/p>

\n\"C\" játékosnak 5$-ja maradt és ezzel all-in<\/a> megy\n<\/p>

A minimum emelés<\/a> 4$. A \"C\" játékosnak először meg kell adnia a 4$-t, hogy az \"A\" játékos nyitásának megfeleljen, illetve marad 1$, hogy emeljen. Az emelése befejezetlen, mivel a legkisebb emelés<\/a> 4$. Az \"A\" és \"B\" játékosok csak 1$-ral emelhetik meg a tétet (azaz megadnak) vagy bedobják lapjaikat. Ebben a tétkörben már nem emelhetnek ismét, mivel korábban már cselekedtek.  <\/p>
