Koppelman (Ocean's 13, Aki legyőzte Al Caponét<\/i>) több kasszasiker forgatókönyvéért felelős és egyben a Full Tilt Poker<\/a> Barátja is. Szenvedélyes pókerjátékos, aki online is sűrűn megfordul a Full Tilt asztalain.<\/p>

Mindemellett jótékonysági pókerversenyek rendszeres szereplője és a nyolcszoros WSOP karkötő-tulajdonos Erik Seidel közeli jó barátja.<\/p>

A filmet 1998-ban John Dahl (Red Rock West, Battlestar Galactica<\/i>) rendezte, aki azóta főleg felkapott sorozatok, pl. a Dexter<\/i> és a True Blood<\/i> néhány epizódjával volt sikeres. Ő a tervre annyit reagált, hogy csak egy jó forgatókönyvet szeretne látni és vállalja a folytatás rendezését.<\/p>

Matt Damonnal azóta is folyamatosan pókerasztalok közelében találkozunk, ezért várhatóan hajlandó lesz újra Mike McDermott bőrébe bújni.<\/p>
