\n\"\"A pechsorozat az embert pszichológiailag igazán nehéz helyzetbe
\nsodorja. Sok tekintetben elbizonytalanodunk. Hiányzik az önbizalmunk
\nahhoz, hogy a saját tudást ebben a helyzetben érvényre juttassuk.
\nHiányzik a játék öröme és a pozitív visszacsatolás is. \n

Ha játszom és veszítek, nagyon tapasztaltnak és képzettnek kell lennem
\nahhoz, hogy a játékomról megítélhessem, valójában jól játszottam-e vagy
\nsem. \"Az eredmény negatív, így a játék nyilván rossz volt\", - ez a gondolat
\nakaratlanul is beugrik, és gondolatilag is rögzül (ha úgy tetszik,
\ntudat alatt). De mi is történik ilyenkor?<\/p>\n

A negatív gondolatok és képzettársítások hatással vannak az elkövetkező
\nszituációkra. Hasonló szituációkban ilyenkor újra és újra éppen ezen
\ngondolatokat idézzük emlékezetünkbe. Ezekből a gondolatokból lesznek a
\nfelismerések (kogníciók), és hosszú távon ez hibákhoz vezet. Az ember
\nmegváltoztatja a játékát, hogy „ellenkormányozzon\". Nagyon is érthető
\nez a folyamat: csinálsz valamit, és kapsz egyet a fejedre. Aztán megint
\nugyanolyan szituációba kerülsz, és... nem akarsz kapni még egyet a
\nfejedre.<\/p>\n
