Talán te is hallottad, amikor Daniel Negreanu a WSOP főverseny tévés asztalánál emelt panaszt az úgynevezett No Talk<\/em> szabály ellen. Néhányotok számára talán zavaró is volt, hogy újra meg újra ezért panaszkodott, de a legtöbben talán felteszik magukban a kérdést: \"Ellenvetései vajon jogosak lehettek?<\/em>\"<\/p>

A szóban forgó szabály a WSOP 41. szabálya, amelyet a Tournament Director's Association Rules tartalmaz (és nem a 42., ahogyan Matt Savage a QuadJacks-nél állította). Ez a szabálygyűjtemény érvényes a WSOP versenyein, de a legtöbb Las Vegas-i és kaliforniai versenyen úgyszintén.<\/p>

A szabály a következőt mondja ki:<\/p>

\"41. Információ nem adható tovább
<\/strong>A játékosok számára kötelező megvédeni a többi játékost a verseny teljes ideje alatt. Ezért egy játékosnak, akár részt vett az adott leosztásban, akár nem, tilos:<\/em><\/p>

    \n
  1. Felfedni egy játékban lévő, vagy dobott kéz lapjait.<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Utalásokat tenni, vagy kritikát hozzáfűzni egy leosztáshoz.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Readeket kiadni egy olyan leosztásról, ahol nem történt mutatás.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>
    Érvényben van továbbá a One-Player-to-a-Hand (egy kezdőkéz, egy játékos) szabály is.<\/em>\"<\/div>

    A TDA már több mint hét éve tartalmazza ezt a szabályt, de több játékos, köztük Daniel Negreanu is tiltakozott az szabály alkalmazásának idei módja ellen.<\/p>

    Matt Savage magyarázata<\/h2>

    Matt Savage részt vett a hivatalos versenyszabályzat megalkotásában, és múlt héten Daniel Negreanu-val együtt a QuadJacks Radio<\/a> vendége volt, ahol Marco Valerio műsorvezetővel a szabály előnyeiről és hátrányairól beszélgettek.<\/p>

    Savage rögtön az elején leszögezte, hogy a szabály megalkotásának fő oka az összejátszás megakadályozása volt. Biztosra szerettek volna menni, hogy egy játékos nem segít mást az asztalnál azzal, hogy felfedi saját kézerejét. Azt azonban ő is elismerte, hogy az asztalnál zajló beszélgetések közül csak azokat szabadna tiltás alá venni, amelyek a játékosok lapjairól szólnak, az ettől független beszélgetéseket nem.<\/p>

    Szerinte ha ezt a szabályt hatályon kívül helyezik, az összejátszásnak már semmi sem vethet gátat, hiszen bármelyik játékos elmondhatja barátjának kézerejét. Ennek kivédésére csak az adhat lehetőséget, ha a játékosok számára tilos egymás lapjairól beszélgetni.<\/p>

    Megállapította továbbá azt is, hogy ez a szabály már létezett, amikor Jamie Gold megnyerte a WSOP főversenyt (néha Jamie Gold szabálynak is hívják), de ha ő lett volna a versenyigazgató 2006-ban, Gold egész biztosan nem nyerte volna meg a tornát. Addig kapta volna a büntetéseket, amíg abba nem hagyja saját lapjai kibeszélését.<\/p>

    Daniel Negreanu válasza<\/h2>

    Matt Savage fejtegetései után Daniel Negreanu is szót kapott a QuadJacks rádióműsorában, és elmagyarázta, hogy szerinte miért nincs semmi értelme a szabály betartatásának.<\/p>

    Elsőként néhány példának szánt asztali beszélgetések osztott meg a közönséggel. Ezekben a résztvevők közvetlen módon nem fedték fel kézerejüket, de továbbadtak némi információt, és ezzel próbáltak még többet megtudni ellenfelük kézerejéről.<\/p>

    Savage azt válaszolta, hogy ha rajta múlna a döntés, ezek közül egyik sem lenne szabálytalan - amire Daniel úgy reagált, hogy ez csak megerősíti érvelését. Kifejtette továbbá, hogy szerinte kizárt, hogy \"20 versenyigazgató 10 különböző szituációban mind ugyanúgy döntsön<\/em>\". Negreanu szerint a szabály körül pontosan ezért hatalmas a mozgástér, és mindenképpen módosításra szorul.<\/p>

    Negreanu azt is elmondta, hogy bizonyos szituációknak (például egy megadás a riveren) semmi köze nem lehet az összejátszáshoz, a csalók pedig beszélgetések nélkül is képesek csalni az asztaloknál.<\/p>

    Akár azt mondja egy játékos, hogy \"csak a blöfföt verem<\/em>\", akár azt, hogy \"kilences párom van<\/em>\" - minden esetben információt ad tovább kézerejéről. Az pedig, hogy egyes versenyigazgatók az első kijelentést még nem, de a másodikat már szabálytalannak tartják, egyszerűen nem következetes viselkedés.<\/p>

    Te mit gondolsz erről?<\/h2>

    Negreanu érvelése még teátrális előadásmódja és néhány ködös kijelentése ellenére is meggyőzőbbnek hat. Ahogyan sok más esetben, itt is kompromisszumokra lesz szükség. Talán szükségünk lehet egy pontosabb kereteket lefektető szabályra, amely kimondja, hogy milyen helyzetekben és milyen mértékben beszélheti meg két játékos az asztaloknál keze erejét.<\/p>

    A QuadJacks Radio<\/a> műsorában mindenesetre érdekes és fordulatos vita bontakozott ki.<\/p>
