Az Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) legújabb sajtónyilatkozata arról számol be, hogy a bizottság törölte a Full Tilt Poker számára kiállított engedélyt.<\/p>

\"Az AGCC bizottsági tagjai azonnali hatállyal és jogerősen törölték a Vantage Limited, a Filco Limited és az Oxalic Limited Full Tilt Poker (FTP) néven használt működési engedélyét. Az engedélyt 2011. június 29-én a joghatóság már hatályon kívül helyezte.<\/p>

A hat napig húzódó londoni meghallgatások végére az derült ki, hogy az FTP alapjaiban félrevezette azt AGCC-t azzal, hogy működése során hozzáférhető tőkeállományként prezentált olyan pénzeket is, amelyeket az USA kormánya éppen lefoglalt, vagy a terem valamilyen más okból egyszerűen képtelen volt éppen felhasználni. Sorozatosan megszegte az AGCC előírásait hamis beszámolókkal, jogosulatlan hitezéssel és jelentős események bejelentésének elmulasztásával.<\/p>

A meghallgatások kezdetén, július 26-án az AGCC még határozottan ragaszkodott a nyilvánosság bevonásával zajló meghallgatáshoz, hogy a játékosok és a média is profitálhasson az ott elhangzottakból. Mindazonáltal az FTP zártkörű meghallgatásra beszélte rá a feleket, arra hivatkozva, hogy a kamerák előtt zajló meghallgatás túl nagy marketingkockázatot jelentene jövőbeli üzleteire, és ezzel játékosai számára is. Hasonló okokból később az 54 nappal történő elnapolás is elfogadásra került. <\/p>

Fontos megjegyezni, hogy a korábban elhangzottaktól eltérően az FTP engedély törlése nem jelenti azt, hogy új vezetőséggel és tulajdonosokkal ne indulhatna újra a szolgáltató. A játékosok és az FTP rendezetlen ügyei a rendőrség és polgári hatóságok hatáskörébe tartoznak. Most, hogy az FTP működési engedélyét törölték, a cég már nem tartozik az AGCC joghatóságának hatáskörébe.<\/p>

A közelmúltban hozzáadott Orinic Limited engedély, amely az FTP pókertermének egyik földrajzilag elkülönülő alrészlegéhez tartozik, továbbra is csak hatályon kívül marad.<\/p>

\"AGCC Commissioners, sitting as a tribunal, have today revoked the licences of Vantage Limited, Filco Limited and Oxalic Limited, trading as Full Tilt Poker (FTP), with immediate effect.  This follows the earlier suspension of the licences on 29th June 2011.<\/p>

At a hearing held in London over six days, it emerged that FTP had fundamentally misled AGCC about their operational integrity by continuously reporting as liquid funds balances that had been covertly seized or restrained by US authorities, or that were otherwise not actually available to the operator.  Serious breaches of AGCC regulations include false reporting, unauthorised provision of credit, and failure to report material events.<\/p>

At the commencement of these proceedings on 26th July, AGCC made clear its preference to hold the hearing in public, to the benefit of players and media alike. However, the tribunal was persuaded that the hearing should be held in camera on the basis of claims by FTP that this would maximise the chance of a commercial rescue of the business for the benefit of players. For this reason an adjournment of 54 days was allowed. <\/p>

It is important to note that the revocation of FTP’s licences does not, as has been suggested, prevent a reactivation of the business under new ownership and management. Unresolved claims by players against FTP become a matter for the police and civil authorities. Now that FTP’s licences have been revoked, AGCC no longer has jurisdiction over these companies.<\/p>

The licence of Orinic Limited, a recently added geographic sub-division of the FTP poker room, remains suspended.
