Ray Bitar a múlt héten tért vissza az Államokba<\/a> a Full Tilt Poker írországi főhadiszállásáról, hogy New Yorkban feladja magát a hatóságoknak. Érkezésekor már várta az FBI a John F. Kennedy repülőtéren.<\/p>

Ezek után azzal is szembesülnie kellett, hogy az ellene felhozott vádak listája bővült<\/a>, a vádiratot négy olyan ponttal egészítették ki, amelyek a Full Tilt Poker játékosok elmaradt kifizetésével kapcsolatosak. Bitar ártatlannak vallotta magát.<\/p>

A szövetségi ügyész szerint Bitar megszökhet, de a bíró mégis belement abba, hogy óvadék kerüljön megállapításra. <\/p>

A Forbes magazin beszámolója alapján Paul Engelmayer bíró tegnap közzétette az óvadékfizetés feltételeit, miután Bitar már egy hete őrizetbe került.<\/p>

• Az óvadék teljes összege 2,5 millió dollár, amelyet készpénzben és fedezetként rendelkezésre álló tulajdon formájában is a bíróság rendelkezésére kell bocsátani.
• Bitarnak le kell adnia útlevelét, New Yorkot és Kaliforniát kivéve sehova nem utazhat.
• Öt kezesnek kell jótállnia Bitarért. Ha megszökik, őket helyezik vád alá.
• Bitar addig nem hagyhatja el New Yorkot, amíg teljes körű vagyonnyilatkozatot nem tett.
• Kaliforniai otthonában, Glendorában Bitart lakhelyelhagyási tilalom kötelezi, és ezt elektronikus úton is felügyeli a bíróság.<\/p>

Ha minden vádpontban bűnösnek találják, Bitar akár 145 év börtönt is kaphat.<\/p>
