A tavalyi WSOP legnagyobb dobása a One Drop volt. Az egymillió dolláros nevezési díj 48 játékos csábított az asztalokhoz, és óriási médiaérdeklődést garantált a szervezők számára. <\/p>

Holnap egy némileg visszafogottabb szuperhighroller<\/em> One Drop kezdődik 111 111$-os nevezési díjjal, ami ugyan jóval kevesebb a tavalyinál, de még így is kész vagyon. Idén a legnagyobb különbség az lesz továbbá, hogy nem korlátozzák a résztvevők létszámát. Vajon hányan neveznek?<\/p>

Sokan a hétszámjegyű nevezési díj ötletét őrültségnek nevezték tavaly, de aztán gond nélkül betelt a létszám, és a verseny nagy siker lett annak ellenére is, hogy a fekete péntek óta alig telt még el egy év, és éppen rengeteg pénz vándorolt ki az iparágból. A 111 111$-os verseny ötlete talán érettebb, de szintén sikerrel kecsegtető elképzelés. <\/p>

A One Drop előtt egy ilyen WSOP versenyt egyszerűen szuperhighrollerként emlegettünk volna, hiszen a sorozat legnagyobb versenyei addig az évente megrendezésre kerülő 50 000$-os Players Championship, és a 40. évfordulót ünneplő 40 000$-os no limit anniversary event (2009) voltak. Az évfordulós versenyre akkor 201 játékos nevezett, a Players Championship pedig körülbelül 100 fős mezőnyökkel indul. <\/p>

Az előzőek alapján arra számíthatunk, hogy a hatszámjegyű nevezési díj 200-nál kevesebb indulót érdekelhet, hiszen ezt a létszámot a 40 ezres versenynek sikerült csak meghaladni a póker egy sokkal kedvezőbb időszakában (ami másrészt a világgazdaság azóta is tartó válságának második éve volt). <\/p>

De induljunk ki abból, hogy a WSOP forgalma már félidőben 27%-kal nőtt a tavalyihoz képest, és több rekord is megdől ezalatt. Ez részben arra vezethető vissza, hogy az amerikaiak sokkal többet pókereznek élőben, hiszen túlnyomó részük továbbra sem fér hozzá az online játékokhoz, hogy ott élje ki szenvedélyét. <\/p>

Ráadásul a WSOP olcsóbb is lett, sok Championship már 5000$-os nevezési díjjal kezdődik 10 000$ helyett, ami azt is jelentheti, hogy a profik bankrollja lehetővé teszi a részvételt a drágább tornákon is, ha okosan adják el a részesedéseket.<\/p>

Végül pedig vegyük számításba azt, hogy idén rendszeresen nagy mezőnyök gyűltek össze a highrollereken. És ez nem csak az EPT vagy a WPT versenyeire érvényes, hanem az ausztráliai és ázsiai tornák esetében is hasonlóan alakult.<\/p>

Szuperhighroller versenyekből egy nem túlzsúfolt, de sűrű egész éves versenynaptár állítható már össze, és sok highstakes profi és gazdag üzletember keresi fel a helyszíneket. Utóbbiak közül sokan ennél kevesebbért nem is neveznének.<\/p>

Első bemutatkozása óta a hatszámjegyű versenyekről kialakult extrém kép is már elfogadottá módosult, azért az idei One Drop létszáma várhatóan kielégítő lesz. <\/p>

Én arra tippelnék, olyan 190 fő környékén alakul, de könnyen lehet, hogy 200-nál is többen próbálnak meg majd Antonio Esfandiari nyomdokaiba lépni.<\/p>
